Close your Eventbrite account and delete your personal data
To close your Eventbrite account, log in and go to Account settings. Then, select Close account. After your account is closed, you’ll have the option to delete your personal data.

Close your account
Log in to your Eventbrite account. Then go to Account Settings.
Select Close Account (under Account).
Tell us why you're leaving. Then type "CLOSE" in all caps and enter your password.
Select Close Account.
In certain situations, you can’t close your account immediately. You’ll need to wait to close your account if you have:
Tickets to an upcoming event
Any published events
Pending payouts, or completed payouts sent within the past 60 days
Unpaid invoices
Optional: Delete your personal data.
Deleting your data is permanent and can’t be reversed. If you want a copy of your personal data before erasing it, you can download it from our Privacy Center. Then:
Close your Eventbrite account.
Select Submit a request in our privacy center.
Select Take Control of My Data. Then select Delete my data.
If you're unable to close your Eventbrite account and want your data deleted, send an email to privacy@eventbrite.com from the email address associated with the account you want to close.
NOTE: For legal and compliance reasons, we are unable to close your account and delete your data if you have hosted an event in the last 180 days.
