Reasons your account is suspended
Your Eventbrite account could be suspended for a number of reasons, and it's most commonly related to overdue invoices or a Terms of Service violation. Check your email inbox for a notification from us or our Trust and Safety team and send them a reply if you have any questions.

Overdue Invoices
If you have an overdue invoice, be sure to submit payment to return your account to its unlocked status. If you pay your invoice via PayPal, you should gain access to your account immediately, but if you pay by check we have to wait for that check to be applied to the invoice (which can take 5-7 business days).
Terms of Service
Your account may be suspended if it violates our Terms of Service. Common violations include, but are not limited to:
Reselling tickets purchased from other sellers
Non-events created to advertise goods or services
Creating a high amount of duplicate events
Listing the same event in multiple cities
Requiring attendees to purchase tickets on another platform
Offering goods or services outside of our community guidelines
In all cases, Eventbrite’s Trust & Safety team reviews all reported accounts. If they determine the account is abusing Eventbrite’s services, they take appropriate action.
